Polling. Cannot connect (SOLVED)

Was just online about 15 minutes ago, cannot reconnect. Server screen says that the smp server is still polling. Any ideas ?

Fixed.
Chris doesn't have access to the console or have flags on irc so he wouldn't have been able to help apart from messaging H4X himself aha.
