Many people post in someone else's topic asking for help, This will get you no where. Many times the issues sound the same but are different so you will get the best feedback and support for your own issue rather than trying to bounce off of someones dying topic. Also if you are going to create a Support Topic please make sure it has a detailed description of what's going on so others can better understand your situation.

You can't have a picture on your post without using an image hosting site like Photobucket, Photobucket is also cross platforms and you don't need to install anything.
