why cant we access our own server in minecraft using World of Minecraft??? pls help and fix it

What server are you talking about? SMP or Classic? World of Minecraft is a client made only for classic servers. If you want flymod in SMP, you're better off using Zombe's modpack.
If you are talking about Classic, either you're like everyone else with the Disconnected error when connecting to a server OR if you're hosting, you've failed to correctly make a server. If your problem is neither one of those two, then the server you're trying to get onto is down or some unspecified error has occured.
Either way, I don't know what you mean by "our own server in minecraft" because you're not very specific with whatever it is in the World of Minecraft client you're having problems with.
