Problem With World of Minecraft Client!

OK, when I download it, it says Minecraft.jar isn't installed. When I click download, it gave me another error, saying : "Unable to authenticate : your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login.
But it worked 2 hours ago. Help!
