Profile Picture and Banner Change (Help!)

'Ello all

So I decided to check up on World of Minecraft after a year or two (I didn't keep track of time) and tried to change my profile picture and banner, but to no avail. I have no idea how to change it and if someone could do a step-by-step tutorial that would be great!

I've already tried that I deleted my old profile photo and replaced it but it comes back with the same picture as before!

Pic1 is there, deleted Pic1, inserts Pic2, Pic1 Reappears and says "Hi"
