 * Sarcof approaches the portal tenatively

Many years later
A crack appeared in the stone. As we widened it, the warm, dusty air hit our faces. Although odd, it was irrelevant to us at the time. We entered the cave cautiously, and peered about. Suddenly, an obscure demon stepped from the shadows. It appeared to be a man made of stone.

Sarcof: Stay back, beast. Today is not a good day to die.
It seemed to peer closely at me, and then spoke in a voice that I had not heard in centuries.
