Question about minecraft FPS..

Hello, I have packard bell laptop with 4gb ram , i5-2510m processor and integrated video card.. so minecraft should work fine but not, not everytime. My question is why my FPS jumping every minute from 50 to 20 and less ?
I downloaded OptiFine_1.8.1_HD_A using youtube information for settings and my minecraft worked fine with 50 FPS, but sometimes my FPS is 10 and less with this tool, however later after 10 min my mc FPS is again normal like 25-50 FPS.. what's problem reason why my FPS jumping every min ?
Perhaps I need other settings ?
