A question regarding premium account membership

My PayPal has it set up as a recurring payment ..... According to both my bank and Paypal, this payment has gone through.
It is listed as having completed June 29th ....... and yet my status still reads that the Premium account has not eben activated. Is there a glitch in the subscription service?
