Mods have the commands to enchant literally anything. This is how JunkWorld runs around with enchanted sticks and feathers

We don't have "commands" to enchant everything. Mojang added in along with the enchant books that a player in creative can enchant ANY item in the creative menu with ANY enchant that is on the books. All we do is stick the item + an enchant book into an anvil and tada! enchanted anything.
