As you can see Kevin's list shows the milestone in rep and what rank they give you.
*HOW REP WORKS*
Rep is earned by building. Building in high star realm give more rep. To give more stars to a realm you have to /like it. The minimum amount of stars is 1 and the maximum is 6. For a regular player without premium gets only a max of 5. With premium you get an extra star (for 6) and you get another whole load of benifits like 2x the rep but you have to pay real money, NOT REP. Also, If you want to get 1.5x the rep, then just join a clan. To join a clan, you need to buy the Clan Application which costs 35,000 REP. To stay in a clan, your account automatically takes away 10,000 REP. But you earn 1.5x more when building so that's more rep. But 1% of the clan bonus (extra rep) goes to the clan leader.
*EXAMPLE*
If i got 50,000 rep, I would get 25,000 extra. But 1% goes to the leader, so your extra is about 23,000 to 24,500.

it is free to upgrade but yo need enough rep (rep is earned by building on other players realms or players building on yours).

nvm i found out why i didnt know i needed to actually click the upgrade button to get it.... now i see the next is at 1mill. but a list would still be nice
