Hello I am TeKingGod. I just joined your pvp server. Anyway way I went on the server and stayed in the non pvp area. A username called sebastianart killed me when I was in the non pvp area in a fountain. I would rather think he used Kill Aura. He was outside of the pvp area and I was in the fountain (nonpvp area)
I want my stuff and I just joined he even keeps following me to kill me for example puppy guarding..

its allowed that is why there are signs that teleport you far away from spawn:

well it was most likely lag when he killed you as to him you may have been outside the PvP zone, also what you call as 'puppy guarding' is commonly referred to as stalking, as this may be very annoying its not against the PvP rules therefore no action can be taken against the player.

well "puppy guarding" isnt against rules and it was probally lag if he killed you in no-pvp area
