Yesterday, I was about to close out of Minecraft, but accidentally hit the wrong button(??) and it did this:
Is there any way to fix the resolution on it so I can actually play on it again? If I try to manually resize it, nothing happens and it closes down after it stops responding. I've already restarted my computer, and redownloaded World of Minecraft but the resolution is always the same.
What can I do?!
What do you mean wrappers window?
Also, I can't hit reload, as you can see from the picture, I can't do anything after choosing a server.
Resize the client window. Click reload.
Can't resize it, if you could please read the OP.
Ah missed that. Try right clicking the client on your taskbar and selecting maximize, then reload, does it still freeze?
Unfortunately, Maximize and Restore are greyed out.
Hmm odd. Are there any errors in the command prompt?
K, what you need to do is install the latest graphics driver available for your model of graphics card. Secondly you need to make sure Java is updated. Once that is all complete you should be able to resize it then reload, and play as normal.
That didn't help at all ;_;
Everything's up-to-date. I just can't get this god damn window resized.
That solution I said has helped just about everyone else with the problem, so that means you probably installed the wrong graphics driver.
I assure you I installed the correct drivers, but nothing at all has changed.
Bump.
Still got nothing fixed ;_;
Run>regedit>HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>JavaSoft>Prefs>minecraft
Edit the height and width values. It should work.
i edited the height and width but when i restart the client it resets the values to 0 and 115 respectively

Try resizing the wrappers window then once you have it to the size you want, click reload.
