Router wont portfoward

I tryng to make a server so me and my roommate can play together but even tho opened the port 25565 he still get error that we cant connect any ideas?? router model is NVG510 is the att uverse router.

yes i have already gone through the portforward website and open a passthrough and still nothing

It show the port open when i have the server running but when i close the server it shows the port closed. and we are stil getting the can not connect errror
