My problem is that that is the directory of my java.exe. I have checked the edit file to make sure it is correct and it is. I also execute minecraft.jar from this location and it works perfectly. I just can't understand why when i run the run.bat this error pops up.

Also have tried and failed:

1. Run as administrator - Same error message except for it adds the did you read the instructions?

2. Capatability -  Have tried with windows vista service pack one and two, and with xp service packs one two and three and still same error.

3. Uninstall/reinstall: after have done this five or six times, i still can't seem to understand why i get the same error.

4. Read instructions/user feedback to solve the issue: No results found.

If someone could be so kind as to help me out I would be greatful. Thanks for your time in reading. Hope there is a way to fix.
