Server Crashed. HOW TO FIX!?

Guys 2 problems. First one is basically the picture in the file with this post. Weeeirrrd java error, any ideas?
Second and more important. Recently the moderators on my server were idiots and spawned something like 40000 traintracks in worldedit and crashed the server. For anyone who was there its still crashed. For those who werent its temprmental.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this crash?

On the picture, your port was reset/or your ip changed. 2nd thing, its called backups, or just /replace [block] [block].
