server down on one pc, but not another?

with my laptop i access World of Minecraft with the most ease. but, whenever i use my windows computor, apearently, every server is down. HELP! and on top of that, the program doesn't respond...

Not a rare case. Some people just really dont update their Client. My suggestion is the same an ArsenalFalcon's. Just redownload it and see if you have better results
