Server Hosting Problems

Hi everyone.... so i just started my server.. all ports are forwarded to 25565 and i have a DMZ enabled.. no firewall. my Java is up to date. yet whenever i try to connect it says... Failed to connect You failed to connect to the server. It's probably down. iv been searching youtube/google for hours and still found nothing please help

You said you have all ports forwarded to 25565 on the DMZ. Is that inbound or outbound? In a sense are you trying to connect to your server from the external interface or internal interface?
