Server not in World of Minecraft list

Hi, I own a server called "Taq's Amazing Server"

last night i suffered some problems, and long story short, the address changed.. and now I don't show up in the World of Minecraft list.. and also there's about 5 old ones in the list still? Idk if those can be deleted or what.. but yeah. Need help here :(
I'll include a picture of what I'm talking about .

Well..

I may have a solution, Are you using MCForge? Well if you are you need to manually enable it via console 'properties'  once your in it should look like this... 

Then you need to click enable World of Minecraft Direct then click 'Edit World of Minecraft Direct Options' then all you need to do is fill out the box, For example...
If your not using MCForge please correct me, I have used many of the consoles before so i might be able to find your solution! :D
