Server problem

I know you guys don't handle issues with other servers, since its the server owners area. But I am admin on one server and there are several users using hacks to disable our kick and ban and also IP ban commands. Literally speaking we cannot rid them of the server. They are causing much lag and strain to crash the server. The owner is asleep and I'm online with the other op's.
They are also using some sort of cloning hack. Where they have exact clones in the server. Which act like bots, but they aren't since we can't remove them.
I'm wondering just how to deal with this or are we going to have to wait until the owner gets on. This is getting on my nerves. I'm just wondering how to also safeguard against people using hacks on a server so I can forward that to the owner.

Another thing, they were able
Another thing, they were able to change a lot of commands that are only allowed to be used by Operators and Administrators. Such as, loading levels, viewing the ban list, level list, etc. Things that are security risks...

Bots
I'm the server owner, and I have a feeling it was a bot attack. I'm going to check the logs now.

They weren't disabling our mod powers, just it didn't affect them. It said they were banned and they, well, were still on. Also, we're using server software MCZall, version 45.2.0.0
