Server Problem.

I host, and lately it's been a real pain in the butt. I had to restart my Survival world with my friend because it was screwing up so badly,
Well, back to the point.. I'm trying to get into my server, but this is all it is saying when I log in

Anyways I have no clue what to because I have never gotten an error like this so yeah..
