Servers Outdated,Timed out

Hello! On the CraftHub server(chserver.net:25565) I try to get on but it says that the server is out dated,yet I know there's people on because the real time server tracker on their website says so.I don't have any idea why It says it's outdated for me but not for them.
This happens for other servers as well.

Probably because yours updated to beta, but due to the many server bugs that apparently came with the beta people have been forcing themselves back to alpha. You can probably look around and find somewhere to tell you how to go back to alpha.
