Anyone can download it. Just click on the link. 'Course, if you're looking for a Halo skin, I haven't made one. Agent Blockman here was my first skin ever, so I need a bit of practice before tackling something as complex as a Spartan. Though it would be personally satisfying to make a Halo texture pack for Alpha and skin the TNT to look like 343 Guilty Spark . . . XD
