When I type /smp on World of Minecraft Realms, it says the Beta Server is open to Surveyor+ and premium. I don't have premium on Realms, but I'm artist. However, if I go to smp.womjr.com in Minecraft Beta, it says:

if your offline it wont work play in online mode

You actually need to buy the game, so yeah, it's pretty cheap right now compared to what is going to be after all the updates have been installed. It's best to buy it now

I have had this problem before. I think it has got to do with minecraft.net and it being down or something. I have just left minecraft for 5 minutes, logged back in and it works again to join an SMP. Hope this helps.

I don't really know as this has never happened to me before but perhaps a force update might be something to try :). You have nothing to lose from it and if it is a problem with minecraft.net it might help to sort it out.

- Rank to surveyor on World of Minecraft: Realms or Purchases World of Minecraft: Realms Premium
- The whitelist updates every hour
- Make sure you follow the rules
