okay so, every time a warning is broadcasted like "turn the caps down - its disruptive.." or "do not ask for staff - World of Minecraft Staff are hand picked when needed", players are saying, "i didn't use caps" or "why was i warned", just clearing up, the warnings are broadcasted throughout chat like a message, they are not sent to a specific player however they are aimed at a specific player.
