Do we still have it in the game? If so, how do I activate it? In minecraft.jar, I still see the rain particles. Same for snowing. Help.

if your in creative, press f5
if your in creative, press f5 to make it rain. In alpha it no longer snows/rains as of the halloween update due to biomes, although the reference art is still there.
