What does the "dump level" button do? And why does the "exit" button shut it down entirely instead of just going back to the server list?

Yeah, what does Dump Level do?

Well, I saw that it creates a .dat file in your minecraft directory, but what does it do?

Dump level saves the map

Dump level saves the map you're on when you press the button to a .dat file in the folder of the World of Minecraft wrapper
You can then use that file to load the level on your own minecraft server.
It's usefull if you want to keep backups of your projects which you make on servers which aren't yours.

The Exit button in the new version of the World of Minecraft wrapper is supposed to shutdown the program. No idea why they didn't make it go back to the server list.

If you're using World of Minecraft, my .dat

If you're using World of Minecraft, my .dat files are dumped in the same folder that World of Minecraft.exe lives in. I dont recall seeing any option to alter the folder so yours should be the same.

I have been able to use MCedit to get a classic multiplayer .dat file into beta single player. But I had a real hard time and I still dont have it quite the way I want. My main problem is not understanding how to use MCedit properly and I have yet to find a complete set of instructions/tutorial.
