I'm working with a currently small group on a very big Minecraft project. We are making a film of a fanfic idea for Sora no Otoshimono, right now we are a very small group with very limited resources and talents, at the moment we are recruiting anyone who willing to help with this project. At the moment we need the following to make this a reality:

-Estimated duration: Depends on the amount of support we get for the project. If we get a large amount of support (100+ people) I estimate around 3-6 months. If we get a small amount of support (25 or less) I estimate around 1-2 years. But even if the project fails and it never becomes a reality you can still put the build up as your own creation or the creation of your team if that is deemed necessary (and from what I've seen of your work I doubt you will need help building Synapse)

A team of 100+ people, you have to be kidding me.
It takes only about 3 professional builders to make a massive scale project.
Besides, if you're only going to make a film, you should just hire an animation expert and get him/her to do something like what CaptainSparklez did with his video.
I fail to see why so many "supporters" are required. The majority would be kids with a big ego that doesnt suit their age.
A team of 20 (MAX) is enough to complete this. Try not to overestimate, your resources are probably very limited.

Hmm, you know I never thought about doing that, and I was thinking of the large number of people to be just extras that would only be in a few frames. Like when it shows an overview of the whole battle you would see a lot of little battles going on between people, though I never had the idea to just animate parts of this or even the whole thing.

Description of me: I'm a pretty advanced builder in terms of creating objects of extreme complexity (Builds associated with circles mainly). Recently, I have been experimenting with more detailed things such as landscaping and realistic trees. I mostly prefer to work alone on my own builds rather than be helped by others (mostly because my style is too complex) but I am willing to contribute in whatever way I can.
