Sound Filters Mod Description:
All of the sounds in the game essentially receive a tune-up when you use the Sound Filters Mod for Minecraft. If you happen to be underwater, inside lava, in a cave, or otherwise not in an open space, you will get the same sense of sound that you would in real life. Condensed, muffled, and otherwise distorted.

How to install:
Download Minecraft Forge 1.10.2
Right click, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
Open Start on desktop => Open Run (Or you can use the Windows +R keyboard shortcut)
Type %appdata% into Run and press enter
Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
Put the jar file of Sound Filters Mod into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
