Steam Broken D: [CLOSED]

Whenever I load up Steam as soon as the tab opens up it just displays the same message as when Internet explorer crashes, then my entire desktop and applications just turn black including the taskbar. Any ideas? Update: It fixed itself

Does the error only happen when you open Steam or are there any other programs that do the same thing?
