Started up on 13/1/12 with possibly the best staff ever. You are bound to be looked after throughout your stay and to get the best out of the server.
The first thing i would say is about the rules. This has to be the biggest point to any minecraft server whether creative or survival, bukkit or vanilla. So what are our rules you say? Well here they are. we have chosen a basic 10 rules with not much specifics however if you feel one needs to be or specifics need to be made we will do it.
RULES:
1. No griefing other's property.
This means placing blocks, destroying blocks, using creepers to destroy blocks, setting a home in someone else's house and using levers to open locked doors.
2. Do not spam the chat.
This should be self explanatory.
3. Any exploits must be reported immediately!
This means if there is a glitch that you find, a way of making easy money or somekind of bypass, you report it! You might even get a reward.
4. If your doors or chests are unlocked, expect theft.
Always lock your doors and chests! We have LWC so people cannot steal from you. If you forget to do this, people are perfectly within their right ot take what they like.
5. No client mods.
Before installing a mod that may effect multiplayer gameplay, consult an admin and ask them if it is okay. Remember, we will know if you suddenlt get loads of diamonds!
6. No offensive skins or structures.
Do not build anything that will have the possibility to offend any other players! This is the same with skins.
7. Respect all other players and admins.
This is self explanatory again.
8. Obey all admins!

9. Killing is allowed outside the spawn! Don't complain!
Don't complain to us if someone kills you and you lose all your stuff. Only complain if you are being repeatedly killed without the other person being provoked.
10. Bad language is unacceptable!
Any bad language used in the chat and/or forum will result in a swift ban.
We have also made a spawn area which will be expanded later on hopefull with great new ideas inside and fabulous creations.

We have many plug-ins installed from iconomy to chest shops and many many more. we have the basics which are like permissions then we have the awsome plugins such as mob disquise and towny. Our server also comes with ranks. these ranks go in order from lowest which is Newbie to highest which is Lengendary. here is info on the rank system:
First of all you start off as a Newbie. you have basic building rights, no access to water, fire, lava, tnt. you can lock 10 items (estimate as owner cannot remember) It then goes on from there.

There are certain requirements that you must meet in order to apply to become a Novice.
Requirements
You must have at least S 7,500 ready to be taken by an admin.
Becoming a Novice gives you another home set.

There are certain requirements that you must meet in order to apply to become a Expert.
Requirements
You must have at least S 25,000 ready to be taken by an admin.
When you are a Expert you have a access to lava now (remember you cannot use this to grief) but the special thing about becoming a expert is you now have access to yet another home set.

There are certain requirements that you must meet in order to apply to become a Legendary.
Requirements
You must have at least S70,000 ready to be taken by an admin.
legendary is the ultimate rank you can get without having to be recognised for mod. with this you may now place tnt and fire. This rank may be bought from the donation shop with will give you instant access.
