+ symbol in username? [LOCKED]

I have a player with username +p+dn+s on my server and any command involving his name won't work. It returns "player not found". I know it's the + simbol doing this, so how do I find this player because I can't tp to him and he won't talk.

I found a way, i put his name in quotation marks, it worked. thanks guys.

I don't know much about your server, so...I can't help you. But I think i know how to fix it: restart your server?
