TAb button not working on World of Minecraft client

For some reason the TAB button on my World of Minecraft client is not displaying the user list. 

when i click the TAB button it sends me to the Game Menu
currently running it on OSX.
Anyone care to help

i also have a problem with Tab

Normally without client you can go into chat press Tab click on the player name and thene the name stand in the chat.....but in World of Minecraft client it doesnt anything...help me pls  i am admin i need this function i cant write all names i wanna ban.
