Tab icannot click on the names

i also have a problem with Tab
Normally without client you can go into chat press Tab click on the
player name and thene the name stand in the chat.....but in World of Minecraft client
it doesnt anything...help me pls i am admin i need this function i cant
write all names i wanna ban
