Hello, im having lots of prolems with making a server as you have probably seen: 

So, is there any way of requesting for a server to made for you, cause my laptop is really crappy  and the internet is rubbish, memory is full, if there is, could sombody tell me who can make servers for you, if there is ant, is there some sort of help website or specific post telling you how to fix errors and stuf.
