Ive got a small problem... I will have a new Lap Top tomorrow (noo, thats not my problem...) but ive got my mc worlds on THIS lap top. My Question: Is it Possible to take the Worlds from this PC to my new?

Yes very possible. you just need to put all the files on a flash chip/card and then put it in your new laptop and upload them
