Transfering maps onto my realm

I'd like to know how to transfer maps from my server onto my realms, for I have made the Dome of the Rock which I know people would love to see. I based it on the game Assassin's Creed but much bigger, including the objects and structures around it. I couldn't take any screen shots with the client, but I did get a picture from the game for you to take a glimpse of wat you're going to see.
