When ever I open the Minecraft-Server file, it gives me this message:

Java Virtual Machine Launcher
"Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from
C:\blabla\bla\blabla\blablabla\bla\minecraft-server.jar

If  any one knows what this means or how to fix this please reply and tell me.
I have tried re-downloading the software, restarting my pc, and it doesn't do anything.
