This is rather odd. When I go to log in on World of Minecraft, it'll give me the following error...

Unable to authenticate

Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login.

Now normally, yes, I know to make sure I'm typing the right name/password, case sensitive. Or to simply re-install.

But this isn't normal. That error shows up a lot, but not always. Every so often, and it's random, it'll let me in just fine, without any problems.

I've re-installed. I've retyped my username and password. But still, every day, I deal with this issue, it's starting to get on my nerves :(

Like I said, it doesn't ALWAYS give me this error. It's very frequent, yes, but it'll occasionally let me in.

Any help I can get for this would be nice.

Further

To further express my confusion. After about 10 more tries, it opened.

Got into my server... then for fun, tried to open World of Minecraft on my second account, and guess what? Couldn't authenticate.

I'm confused.

I'm having the same problem,

I'm having the same problem, and yes my username is right. I can try to login, get the cant authenticate msg, try again with nothing changed(username and password automatic) and get in.    Its very annoying and I look forward to it getting fixed.

same problem, guys

I think it has something to do with Java. I'm having the same problem and I tried loading MC classic on the browser and I can't load anything. I looked at java's history thing or whatever and it said "Fatal Error" and a line of code with the word minecraft in it, so I'm sure it has something to do with java.
