my user name and password is correct. Why can't i get on?

well I downloaded World of Minecraft Game
well I downloaded WoM Game Client v2.0.5 for Windows. Afterwards I click on the World of Minecraft application. Then the thing to login pops up I type in my username and password from this site. Then a little screen pops up saying:
unable to authenticate
Your username/password may be incorrect or there are no servers to validate your login.

I figured out what I was doing wrong but know I got another question. Sorry I am new. what is the classic play url. How do I play sigel player.

Could i have a bit more detail on your problem ? You have to have client 2.0.5 Do be able to log in and use client.
