Unable to download World of Minecraft client :/

I clicked the client download link for my pc, and when I open the zip file, and click the exe, it says "Fatal error: there is a problem with your installation. native folder is empty. please reinstall." the native folder isn't empty, though

Extract the contents of the .zip file into another folder and run the .exe again
