Users having trouble with the new client, please read!

I noticed alot of people (including myself) are having trouble with the new client, I managed to fix my problem by downloading an older version of World of Minecraft (1.6.3).
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to, but I'll link to the download for the older version (the newest working one for me).

Hi,
You know the new client it wont let me click the name in the tab, it wont show up in the text when i'm trying to type so i have to write the name out.
