I find problems with using the command /tp <name player> it just doesn't teleport me at al to that player I typte in anybody got the solution?

If you are not in the same
If you are not in the same realm it will teleport you only to the spawn of the realm where the player is! But if you are in the same realm it teleports you to the player.
So if you want to the realm AND the position you have to /tp twice
