You posted the wrong IP. If you go to whatismyip.com and type in that, it will PROBABLY work. I wrote PROBABLY because if you have opened your ports, it will, but otherwise, it wont.

You are getting them to connect to localhost. 127.0.0.1 is not your external ip.
Do a little more research on how to setup a SMP server please.
Either fix it, or I'll delete this topic.
