Veteran/Builder Fill Commands. Confusion!

On multiple documents I have read, it seems that no-one really understands what builders and veterans should be able to use in commands. On this page (http://www.worldofminecraft.com/node/1264) It says that both Veterans and Builders CANNOT use fill commands, regardless of assigned space. On this one (http://www.worldofminecraft.com/node/1212) it has /fill* and /esolid*, star meaning, quote: "*assigned area only" Please, can someone clear this up for me and all the other Builders and Veterans, who simply, just don't get it.

Statement 2: Only in assigned areas.
They can't be both true.

  • Builder/Veteran both can't fill.

That means only Designer can fill. Ever thought about designer?

  • Assigned areas only.

Designers can use it in assigned areas only.

Tried it today but failed.

well i tried it today. SMP assigned me a plot of land to try filling and they said only designers+ can fill. 

used /fill water.

World of Minecraft Servers?

Are you talking about becoming a builder on a World of Minecraft server? If so, then you are mistaken. The ranks are located here and the commands available to those ranks are located here.

Long story short, only designer + ranks are allowed to use our advanced building commands.
Also, type /water or /lava in chat to enable the placement of water/lava blocks. Then to place those blocks, lay a rock tile (the first tile when you press B).
