Is there a place where public warps are listed? I dont know any of the ones on the new map and a list would be really helpful.

You won't be able to get a list of warps, however asking around on the server is always a good place to start. I had compiled a decent list on the forums a while back for people, but that was for the old map, so won't do you much good now. Most of those 200 warps are probably still on one of the locked maps, so that doesn't help anyway.
I strongly recommend /warp somewhere!
Can't think of any other warps on the current map at the moment, but i'll put them here if i do.

I would like to suggest not saying you have too, but in /warp town their should be list of all the warps avaliable in new map. P.S if none of you want to write them in signs I will volunteer to do it. Just PM the list

The staff should do a short, one weekend project where they code the /warp command so if you're default it shows you a shortened list, with all the public warps which people choose to have on there when they get the warp made...
Or, they could make a completely different command for this purpose, maybe /warps.

I'd rather not have any sort of ingame list of warps for users. You can compile them ingame in a book or something or on the forums but you guys will never have access to a list of a complete list of warps.
Speaking of warps, we ill be cleaning them up again soon :)

Planning on making a shop where everyone can buy a written book of all the public access warps. Going to wait till the warps finish getting cleaned up a bit.

Good question. There are lots and lots of warps on this server. I have heard somebody said there are two hundred of them! A list will be very useful, if there really that many.
I only know of about three quarters of a dozen so to get you started;
/warp angryramza
/market
/warp juptown
/warp farmlands
/warp skyland
/warp hallyntown
/spawn
/warp womtown
and
/warp somewhere
