What or who the hell are they building in my new country? Please see added photo below. They seem friendly at first and then when you get a little too close they'll  attack. Are they robots with A.I.? Or are they monk men with a religionism fundamentalism way of life?

So that what they're called.

Thanks Lunick for the name of that mob so that I was able to look them up. At lest there somebody there in such a big country. I only hope they don't take it over.
