To add more details, i have 2 pcs. on my other pc it worked without a problem. windows vista 64 bit, works fine. but when i did the process and installed it on my main pc which has windows 7, that came up. i've been reinstalling for quite a bit and to no avail. is there a way i can fix this or is it just compatability issues.
