What PC and speakers should I buy?

Looking for a decent computer for playing minecraft at above 30 fps, for preferably under $500. I have LS21 2.1 stereo speakers in mind and I was wondering if anyone knew the quality of them and if they are worth buying them.
Side note: I'm also looking for good video editing software, so if anyone has one in mind let me know.

These are the specs for the Level 1 Digital Storm Vanquish 2. I have never seen better value. You'd be getting Corsair memory and a very good motherboard, along with a Corsair ps. You could alway upgrade the processor later.
