What is wrong with the Client?!

As most of you have read, many people can't play/log in/connect with the World of Minecraft Client. I'm one of those many people, and it seems to me like there's something very wrong. Many of the admins and whatnot have suggested something about the Java version. That was some people's solution, but not everybody's. Just because a few people found it helpful doesn't mean everybody did. I've used every solution given for this problem, but it is still not fixed. People need help and solutions. It is unfair for those who have posted help topics and have gotten no help. I'm completely cut off from MineCraft and nothing's helping. The problems have to be fixed.
For me, everything is down. I don't know if it's just me, but minecraft.net is down and it has been since the beginning of July. I had one server to connect to then because of an authentication error when trying to sign in. Two days ago, even my seemingly permanent server isn't available. I need help, and nothing seems to be helping. My Java is Java 6, I don't have Java 7, my Internet connection is excellent, and I've been patient for answers. I've tried every possible solution, and nothing works. I need help and solutions that actually work. I'm desperate.

Me too, when ever i try getting on a server it says Error;Invalid User i've tried everything. I would play on Minecraft.Net but, whenever you place/break it just pauses. So i agree with luigi.
