What's Indev and how do I get it?
I have paid for Minecraft, but I don't want a torrent because they can have viruses.
I'm not planning to do hacks and that kind of stuff but I want to know what it is. I've never heard of it.

If you download them from good sites, they shouldn't have viruses. Just stick to the well-known trackers and you'll be fine. It opens a whole new world for you. I'm downloading Red Green as I type this.
